Thanks for your advice! See I've been to therapy about 2 years ago, and everything had seemed as though it had gotten much better recently, in fact almost too good to be true. Which is true because it's all turned to shit again, and I feel totally alone. And I understand what you mean by taking time for myself, but I blame myself for this huge mess and blame myself entirely for what's gone wrong, yet again.

dont blame yourself. people make mistakes. all the time. people can be horrible and people can be wonderful. try being the best person you can be. put it in the past as best you can and try to move on :) maybe try therapy again seeing as though it might have helped before. and no problem :DD
